Specs for the yet unannounced ASUS Transformer TF300T were recently leaked by Tabletowo. The website claims that ASUS’s new Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablet will rock a brand new quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a 10.1-inch IPS display with a 1200 x 800-pixel resolution, an 8-megapixel camera, a 1.2-megapixel forward facing camera for video chats and a microSD card slot for expandable storage. NVIDIA has said that the first quad-core Tegra 3 tablets will launch during the first quarter of this year, so the TF300T could be among the very first to hit store shelves.
