Xbox’s House Party 2012 Tease Includes Alan Wake, I Am Alive

The trailer above is for this year’s Xbox LIVE Arcade House Party. Between all the scenes of super cool people walking and dancing in slow-motion are some gameplay clips for the titles to be featured during the sale. Much like the Summer of Arcade, the House Party stands as a launch platform for some of the biggest Xbox LIVE games of the year.

Last year’s Xbox LIVE Arcade House Party featured five games: Beyond Good & Evil HD, Torchlight, Full House Poker, Bejeweled Blitz and Hard Corps: Uprising. Each game was either 800 or 1200 Points, and the titles released on a weekly basis from February 16th, 2011 until March 16th, 2011.

For this year’s price points and launch dates, however, we have no information as of yet. Microsoft announced last year’s House Party particulars during the early portion of February; we’d expect they do the same for this year.

All you have to go on for now is that which you can see in the trailer above. The sale will include Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, I Am Alive, Nexuis and the crazy looking Warp from EA. As news of their price points and specific dates drops, we’ll bring it to you.
