Double Fine’s “Stacking” Heading to PCs

by Joey Davidson | December 16, 2011December 16, 2011 5:00 pm PST

Stacking, one of the more creative titles released during the 2011 calendar year on both the Xbox 360‘s XBLA and the PlayStation 3‘s PSN, will finally get an official and proper PC port from Double Fine.

The news came from Double Fine during their “thank you” video for winning the Downloadable Game of the Year award from G4 TV. Tim Schafer plays with dolls, friends, enjoy it. The fun starts at the 1:01 mark.

As you can see, no other tidbits were given with the announcement. We don’t know the means (be it through Steam or otherwise) of distribution or the timeline for release. For now, just rest assured that Stacking will see play on PCs.

We’ll have more on the Stacking┬áport and, fingers-crossed, any more content for the title as it comes.
