Samsung Stratosphere Unboxing (Video)

Samsung’s product map has been more like an Android assembly line lately, and the Samsung Stratosphere for Verizon Wireless is one of the more recent releases. The Stratosphere is billed as the “first 4G smartphone with a 5-row QWERTY keyboard,” which is nothing to hold a parade over. The phone also flashes mid-range specs for this calendar year with a 1GHz Cortex Hummingbird processor, 512MB of RAM, 4-inch Super AMOLED screen and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Is the Samsung Stratosphere merely last year’s Epic 4G for this year’s Verizon fleet, or does it have what it takes to tango with the Ice Cream Sandwich juggernauts of today? One would assume the former, but check out the full unboxing video to find out.
