They’re here, officially, ready to hit stores November 6 on AT&T. Yes, I’m talking about the Samsung Focus S and Samsung Focus Flash, devices that Windows Phone President Andy Lees teased just last week.
With the two handsets, AT&T will add to its already robust Windows Phone lineup, giving consumers a plethora of choices at almost any budget. The carrier announced plans to introduce the two Mango, 4G-capable handsets on their Facebook page today, pricing the Focus Flash at $49.99 and the Focus S at $199.99.
Our customers love Windows Phones which is why we’ve sold more of them than anyone else, said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president, Devices, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets. We’re taking our leadership to a whole new level by getting the Mango update to all existing customers and rolling out awesome new Windows Phones.
The Focus S builds on the success of the Focus, which remains the highest selling Windows Phone in the nation. The handset features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.4GHz processor, 8 megapixel camera and a 1.3 megapixel shooter on the front.
The Focus Flash comes in a smaller package, but still packs a punch. The device comes with a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, same 1.4GHz processor and 5 megapixel camera on back plus a camera on front.
November 6 is just around the corner, so all you Windows Phone-loving Buffalo better start saving up. If the pictures, specs and Mango goodness are anything to go by, these will both wind up being two excellent devices.
