Nokia World is set to kick off in London this Wednesday, where Nokia is expected to announce ts newest line of smartphones. One of those smartphones, code-named Sea Ray, showed up this week in a teaser video for UK TV. The video aired in few second bursts between other ads. MyNokiaBlog edited out those other ads to create the short YouTube video you see above.
The teaser video doesn’t show much of the handset, but you call tell that the phone shares an N9-like casing, while also sporting those of so familiar Windows Phone tiles, as well as a captive back and start button at the bottom of the phone and a repositioned flash from the N9.
Press shots for the N800 leaked earlier this week, and show the phone being released in three colors: pink, blue, and black. Previous rumors point to the handset having a 3.7-inch display and an 8-megapixel camera.
I’ll be at Nokia World this week checking out all the new phones in person, so be sure to check back Wednesday for all the details on Nokia’s new phones.
What do you think of what you’ve seen of the Nokia 800 so far? Would any of you consider purchasing a Nokia-branded Windows Phone device?
