The Motorola Droid RAZR has been officially teased, or should we say inadvertently teased? Droid-Life happened upon the image above, which most certainly appears to be Moto’s latest Android battle-axe dolled up via the same theme the company used for its teaser video last week.
How do we know Motorola accidentally teased its own product a mere day before its launch? Well, the image is no longer available in Moto’s Droid RAZR teaser site. However, if you compare the image Droid-Life snagged above with one of the cropped box-shaped puzzle windows on the teaser site, it’s an identical match.
Furthermore, the teased images of the Motorola Droid RAZR line up identically with the leaked images of the device posted by Engadget a few weeks back. That same scintillating Kevlar back with carbon fiber made its way into Moto’s haphazardly teased renderings, and that just about hammers the nail in the coffin for this caper.
Manufacturers can keep trying, but they’ll never achieve the level of secrecy held by Apple with bumbling moves like this.
