Motorola Droid RAZR/Spyder Specs Surface Prior to Launch

Motorola-Droid-RAZR-BackCall it a Droid RAZR, a Droid Spyder, or simply a Droid HD. We’re not sure what nomenclature Motorola will be employing, but we do know that alleged specifications for Motorola’s clandestine Android device have bubbled to the surface. Set to be announced in New York on October 18th, the Motorola Droid RAZR promises to be “faster than the iPhone 4S.” The company is also boasting a design that is thinner than the iPhone 4S as well, which is a bit of an achievement if they can pull it off. BGR says the Motorola Droid RAZR will feature the following specs:

  • 1GB of RAM
  • 1.2GHz dual-core processor
  • 4G LTE
  • 4.3-inch display
  • Thinnest 4G LTE phone to date
Motorola-Droid-RAZR-FrontAlthough these specs are not confirmed, they do seem very similar to many other Android devices on the market. The rumored design of the Motorola Droid RAZR is the most exciting bit of conjecture, not for the purported Gorilla Glass screen with splash-resistant coating, but for the Kevlar case construction. All will be revealed next Tuesday in New York, so be sure to tune to the Buffalo for the full scoop.
