iPhone 4S is Also Arriving Early in the U.S.

iPhone 4S arrives early from Verizon

Some lucky customers in Germany began receiving their iPhone 4S pre-orders yesterday — 3 days before the device is set to launch. However, they’re not the only ones getting it early. Verizon customers in the U.S. are, too.

Casey Calouette has provided AppleInsider with pictures of the package he received today: inside it was a black iPhone 4S and Verizon’s ‘Getting Started’ information pack. Calouette made his order on Friday, October 7, the date pre-orders for the new device began, and says the device arrived at around 10 AM Eastern time today via FedEx.

Other customers who are eagerly anticipating their iPhone delivery have already received shipping notifications, though it was rumored that Apple was working closely with carriers, and even shipping companies, to ensure that the device wasn’t delivered before its October 14 launch date.

Some have obviously slipped through the net, allowing users to get their hands on iOS 5, iCloud and Siri assistant before the rest of the world.

I’m so excited to get my hands on the iPhone 4S, but carriers here in the U.K. don’t seem to be so efficient. Mine can’t even guarantee me that it’ll be here on Friday!

Have you received your iPhone 4S yet?
