Battlefield 3 Sees 9 New Campaign Screenshots Release

After seeing this recent batch of Battlefield 3 screenshots meant, according to the email they came with, to “showcase the power of the Frostbite 2 engine,” we’ve decided that the PC version of this game looks okay

These shots all come from the campaign portion of the Battlefield 3 experience. DICE has spent a good deal of effort developing a property that, according them, not only plays fantastic, but looks unbelievable as well. We feel that screenshots like these, especially those that feature fire, are an excellent way to present the look of Battlefield 3.

If you’ve got a rig that can run this game at maximum settings, then it seems you’ll be in for a great treat.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to show you some of the unbelievable jet footage from the currently open Battlefield 3 beta. What? You think there are no jets in the beta? Think again.

Battlefield 3 is set to launch for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 October 25th.

As a note: the shots you see below are hefty. They rock resolutions capable of being computer wallpaper friendly. So, should you see on you like, hop into the gallery and click on the image to see it in full size.
