IFA Sony

While the United States has its annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) every January in Las Vegas to show off the latest and greatest in gadgets, Europe has its own massive event honoring the world of technology in the form of the Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin, or IFA if you prefer.

With the number of exhibiters hovering around 1,000 per year, it has become another venue for the major manufacturers to show off their latest wares.  So far for this year we know that Toshiba has a thinner tablet on deck, Samsung is going to be introducing a slew of new handsets and there are sure to be a ton more unannounced items on display to get us all excited for the coming months.

IFA 3D Area

Our own Jon Rettinger is in Berlin for the show and ready to bring you all of the news from the show floor.  You can come to the site for all of the posts, check out the YouTube channel for videos of the newest gadgets and on Twitter following the hashtag #TBIFA will bring you the latest updates as they happen.

Is there anything you’ve heard that will be showed at IFA that you are dying for us to cover?
