Following Steve Jobs‘ decision to step down as Apple’s CEO yesterday, the Cupertino company has already updated the Executive Profiles page of its website to reflect the changes — with Tim Cook now listed as CEO, and Steve as Chairman of the Board.
Cook’s appointment as Apple CEO means he also holds a spot on the Board of Directors for the first time.
It certainly seems a little odd that Steve’s face is no longer present in the lineup, and Jonathan Ive looks as though he isn’t too happy about it. Let’s just hope he remains Chairman of the Board for many successful years to come.
