EA Will Live Stream Tomorrow’s Gamescon Conference; Here’s The Lineup

Excited about EA’s Gamescon conference tomorrow? Me too! But unfortunately, I can’t be there because I’m enjoying the summer rain here in the U.K. Thankfully, EA has announced it will live stream the event on its website so that we can enjoy its announcements wherever we may be.

EA has also confirmed a public 64-player area for Battlefield 3 multiplayer gameplay, which unfortunately I won’t be able to enjoy via the website in the U.K. I am, however, very much looking forward to some more multiplayer teasers. Though I’m a complete Call of Duty fanatic, I’m very excited about this game.

As well as announcing that the event would be live streamed, EA has revealed the full line-up of titles that will be shown to the public and the press tomorrow. Jens Uwe Intat, SVP of publishing at EA Europe, said:

“The old model of making games every few years to coincide with new hardware launches is gone. We have a very powerful set of games for today’s consoles, and now we offer that IP to players as year-round entertainment across all of their devices and platforms.”
