Motorola Titanium Launching on July 24th for $150

Motorola Titanium launch notice

Motorola TitaniumFor those of you on Sprint looking for a rough and tumble enterprise class phone, we’ve got good news for you.  Sprint Feed came up with the the image you see above of an internal memo from the carrier that shows the Motorola Titanium will be launching on July 24th for $150 on a two year contract.

Originally announced back in May, the Titanium is not a phone for the spec fanatics out there, but it’ll get the job done, and is built with an eye towards those who work in rough conditions or spend a lot of time outside.  The fact that it comes with Android 2.1 out of the box means it’s going to be fairly basic as phones running the Google OS go, but it should be enough to let you get the important stuff done.

While not a phone I’d carry, if I worked construction or some similar type of job, I’d certainly consider it.
