Best Buy Stops Shipping MacBook Airs

We’ve been hearing about a possible MacBook Air update for a while now, and it looks like that day may be getting pretty close. Best Buy’s website currently lists all four models of the laptop as “Not available.” The fact that no “available by” date is listed may indicate the site is focusing its remaining inventory on its retail stores, with plans to not sell those particular older models of the MacBook Air online again.

According to 9 to 5 Mac supplies of the Air are also running low in many UK stores, and on Amazon’s international websites. The MacBook Air is rumored to be updated with new Intel Sandy Bridge processors, and faster Thunderbolt connections.

Are any of you waiting to pick up a new MacBook Air? When do you think we’ll see the computers hits stores?
