Intel Turns Your Facebook Life Into a Virtual Museum

Now thanks to an Intel project called  Museum of Me,  you can create your own virtual museum commemorating your life on Facebook. The project allows you to “create and explore a visual archive of your social life,” pulling your Facebook pictures, news feed and friend information to create a virtual museum of your life.

The final exhibit lasts about three minutes, and is a video you watch of virtual people actually checking out your museum. You can also upload a flip-through version of the finished museum to your Facebook profile to share with your friends on the site. While on paper a little hokey, the execution of the museum is actually pretty fantastic. Creating your own museum is as simple as authorizing the application to have access to your Facebook account (you can do that here), and your museum is created in less than a minute.

Have any tried out Museum of Me? What do you think?
