AT&T will begin rolling out LTE this summer – starting in 5 U.S. Cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston. The company plans to add an additional 10 markets to that list by the end of the year, bringing LTE to potentially 70 million people by the time 2012 rolls around.
The company also has plans to add 20 4G devices to its portfolio over the course of the year, with some of those handsets being LTE-capable.
What do you think about AT&T’s city choices for its LTE rollout? Where do you think it will head next?
