It’s WinPho-mania up in here today! Today, on the heels of Verizon Wireless officially unveiling the HTC Trophy, it’s first Windows Phone 7 device, comes word that AT&T has announced the HTC HD7S. Though the fourth WinPho phone in the carrier’s lineup, it’s also the largest — with a whopping 4.3-inch WVGA Super LCD display.
The 16GB device, which was first unveiled last March at CTIA 2011, will go on sale starting June 5th for $199.99, with two-year agreement. That buys you the monster screen, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and 5MP camera — plus that nifty built-in kickstand. And the HD7S will arrive sporting WinPho 7 NoDo update, so users will be able to copy-and-paste right out of the box.
