Set amid the violence and corruption of Los Angeles after World War II, L.A. Noire is a crime-thriller hybrid that seemelessly blends crime-solving, clue-finding, shootouts, and car chases with revolutionary interrogation-based gameplay backed by an animation engine that realistically simulates motion. Players step into the shoes of Cole Phelps, a decorated war veteran who rises through the ranks of the LAPD by solving a series of gruesome murders during Hollywood’s golden age.
Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3
The unique aquatic setting of Deep Black combines action-packed battles with an immersive storyline that blends science-fiction, espionage, and bio-terror. Underwater physics add intensity to the third-person action thriller. New skills must be mastered to utilize aquatic elements, giving players the ability to fight off hostile enemies and infiltrate enemy bases. Players must sink to the murky depths of the deep blue armed with equipment ranging from underwater jet packs to miniature submersibles.
Based on the classic Super NES game, this downloadable title will be provided through Nintendo’s Virtual Console service. Living in the seemingly peaceful kingdom of Guardia in 1000 AD, the child Crono was chosen by guardian spirits to save the world from ultimate destruction. Your mission is to travel back and forth through time to change the course of history, stopping LAVOS, the game’s antagonist, from succeeding in his dark plan.
