T-Mobile G2x Now Available

T-Mobile has officially launched the LG G2x. The dual-core Android phone is available now online for $200 with a new 2-year contract, and will be hitting T-Mobile store shelves next week on April 20.

The handset was originally announced at Mobile World Congress earlier this year, and comes running Android 2.2 (Froyo) with no overlays from T-Mobile or LG added. Other specs include:

  • 4-inch 800×400 touchscreen
  • NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor
  • 8GB of internal memory
  • microSD expansion
  • 8-megapixel rear-facing camera
  • 1.3-megapixel forward-facing camera
  • 1080p video recording
  • Adobe Flash Player 10.1 certified
