Amidst the early iPhone hoopla that’s gone down these last couple days, Motorola announced the gigantic Droid X at yesterday’s press event. What’s it packing? Behind the 4.3-inch 854 x 480 display, the Droid X is powered by a 1GHz processor, Android 2.1 with Motoblur 2, 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash, 720p video capture, and 8GB of built-in storage. Available on Verizon July 15th, the Droid X will run you $199.99 after $100 mail in rebate with a 2-year contract. Mobile Crunch went hands on with the behemoth. Check it out above.
Any Verizon takers? Mark July 15th on your calendars!
