Pulse RSS Reader Eats Safari

by Travis Harvey | June 1, 2010

Browsing multiple tabs on the iPad is no easy feat.  It’s highly annoying to see your already loaded tabs reload as you switch between your open pages.  RSS readers are usually bland and stripped of their visual appeal.  Pulse changes what seems to have become the standard with an emphasis on presentation and visuals.   You can vertically scroll through your list of added news sources, currently limited to 20.  Each news sources gets a horizontally scrolling feed along with title and picture for each article.  You can pick up Pulse in the App Store for $3.99 (iTunes link).  Review in the coming days.
