The Internet in 1969: We’re Doing It Wrong

You think the internet of today is pretty nifty?  You’re incorrect.  If 1969 had its way, things would certainly be a bit different.  Online shopping would be done through in-store cameras that relay items for purchase using the push button selection it’s all yours.  This same internet machine would display camera surveillance of your house so you can keep an eye on you mischievous children. There’ll even be online banking that sends you a real copy of automatically credited and debited accounts!  Best of all every purchase will be paid for on the husband’s console, so spend away ladies!  Perhaps it’s a good thing the future we predict doesn’t come true.
