The password manager you can’t live without is headed to the Apple Watch. That’s right, 1Password is getting an update with smartwatch support, along with a few other improvements.

AgileBits announced the update on Tuesday, though you can’t actually get your hands on the Apple Watch until later this month when the first orders ship. The new feature promises to bring passwords straight to your wrist when you need them, like at your gym locker, assuming those codes are already saved to 1Password. Apple Watch support is included in the app’s Pro Features, which you can buy for $9.99 if you haven’t already.

The latest version of 1Password for iOS adds the option to mark everything as read in the Message Center, something the company says its fans have been asking for. The app will also remember exactly where you left it, jumping straight to the Favorites or Categories tab instead of the standard start screen.

It sounds like a pretty great update, and it may just be one of the most useful Apple Watch apps we’ve seen so far. Unfortunately, 1Password still hasn’t offered similar support for Android Wear or Pebble, and we hope it’s only a matter of time before the company expands to other smartwatch platforms.
