Make no doubt about it – devices litter the show floor at CES 2013, and one of those is the Hisense U958.  It offers a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Play CPU, 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels, Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) with customizations, and more.  The kicker is the scant 512 MB of RAM and relatively small 4 GB of storage space.  Still, it’s a nice option for those looking for an inexpensive Android phone.
