Hisense U950 Hands-On

Hisense isn’t the most known brand in the States by any means, but the U950 is a relatively decent option for those that are looking for an inexpensive Android phone.  Shown off at CES 2013, the U950 features a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 4.5-inch IPS qHD display, 5-megapixel camera, dual SIM capabilities, and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with some customizations.
