Browser speeds have always been a talk in the tech community, so I thought that I’d put some of the top web browsers through a test and see which one loads faster than the other. Popular websites will be tested like Twitter and Facebook. In the first test I will compare Safari 5 and Google Chrome 5.0, both of which are current stable releases as of August 28, 2010.

Chrome 5.0: 6.6 Sec
ESPN:
Safari 5: 3.1 Sec
Chrome 5.0: 5.1 Sec
Twitter:
Safari 5: 2.4 Sec
Chrome 5.0: 3.7 Sec
Google Maps:

In the Final installment in the How-to series, I will show you how to tag iTunes Movies. It will be similar to part 2, only a few different things are changed.
Step 1: Have your content
Like I always say, you have to have content in order for this to work.
Step 2: Downloading
Download your a movie of your choice or burn one to your computer. You can use DVD ripping software like Video Monkey or Handbreak.
Step 3: Formatting
It is important to know that you must have the right video format(s) for iTunes.
Video monkey can convert video to an itunes Compatible format.
Step 4: iTunes
Once encoding is finished it will show up into your iTunes Movie Folder. Press “Get Info” or hold down “Command I”. Once you do that a window will pop up giving you all the text fields to type information in. You can enter info such as Artist, Name, Year and so on. If you want to put in movie info, simply go to Wikipedia or iTunes Store and look up the info there.
Step 5: Artwork
If you want cover art you can go to a website called http://getvideoartwork.com which has 100’s of movie artwork in high quality. Once you have found your artwork drag and drop the artwork into the “Get Info” window.
Step 6: Additional Information
If you want to add more info, download an application called Lostify which can let you enter in the Copyright info, Network, Cast and Crew, Release date, content tags (Clean/Explicit) and Age Ratings.
You have now finished tagging your iTunes Movies. Enjoy!

Step 1: Have Content
Like I said in Part 1 of this series, you must have content to tag, whether it be from a diffrent source or a torrent source or any other source.

Step 3: Video Formats
Most of the time you will need to convert the video into a iTunes compatible format. A program I like to use called “VideoMonkey”(http://videomonkey.org/Video_Monkey/About.html) converts video into iTunes compatible format, you can also convert video to gaming platform formats and generic formats. To use Video Monkey go to File > Add File and select the video you have downloaded. Once you have selected it, you can choose the quality of the video. Click start to begin encoding.
Once encoding is finished it will show up into your iTunes Movie Folder. Press “Get Info” or hold down “Command I”. Once you do that a window will pop up giving you all the text fields to type information in. You can enter info such as Artist, Name, Year, Track Number and so on. If you want to put in episode info, simply go to Wikipedia and search the name of the show and click on list of episodes. Copy and paste the episode info into the description.
If you want cover art you can go to a website called http://getvideoartwork.com which has 1000’s of TV show artwork in high quality. Once you have found your artwork drag and drop the artwork into the “Get Info” window.
If you want to add more info, download an application called Lostify (http://download.cnet.com/Lostify/3000-2141_4-88408.html) which can let you enter in the Copyright info, Network, Cast and Crew, Release date, content tags (Clean/Explicit) and Age Ratings.
Step 7: Complete!
You have now finished tagging your iTunes TV shows and are ready to start watching. Enjoy!

Do you have a cluttered, unorganized iTunes music library?
In this 3 part How-To guide, I am going to show you how to organize, your Music, Movies and TV Shows inside iTunes and with 3rd party applications.
Downloading from iTunes gives you all the info, however if you are downloading from a different music sources such as Limewire, Amazon, Etc, most of the time it does not come with any other info besides the name of the song and artist.
Once you have downloaded some music drag it to your desktop
(Make sure that you have a supported iTunes format, Currently iTunes 9 only supports MP3, AIFF,WAV, MPEG-4, ACC(.m4a) and Apple Lossless.)
Simply drag and drop your music into iTunes.
Your added music will show up in the “Recently Added” playlist.
I am now going to show you two ways to tag your music, 1 way will be a more faster way and another will be a more precise way to. If you want to do the easier way go to step 6 or if you would like to do it more precise then skip to step 7.
Selcet the song you want to edit and go to the toolbar within iTunes and click on File > Get Info. This will bring up a window that will let you change the info of your music. You can edit the name of the song, album, artist, track number etc. Once you are done press “Ok.”
Go to: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/20183/lostify and download Lostify. Once you have installed it to your computer, open it and click on File > Open, then search for the song you have downloaded or drag the media file into Lostify. Once you have your song in Lostify can do a more precise edit to your music such as other artists, release date , copyright info and content advisory tags (Clean/Explicit). Once you are done press “Apply”.
If you want the cover art to your song you can go within iTunes and click on “Advanced > Get Album Artwork.” iTunes will then prompt you for your iTunes store account. Once you have entered your password then it will start looking for artwork. If it fails to get the artwork you can go to a website called “http://getvideoartwork.com/” which has 1000’s of high quality cover art you can download.
