User Blog Feature: Samsung Flight Review
There are way too many mobile phones for us to cover ourselves, especially when it comes to those that aren’t on the front lines of the smartphone war. Not everyone needs a full featured smartphone draining their wallets. TechnoBuffalo user Don Tonberry dared to try out a messaging phone from Samsung called the Flight with its full slide out QWERTY keyboard and resistive touchscreen. Check out his blog for device details and his full review.
“The Samsung Flight is a Quad-band GSM feature phone that is available on AT&T in the US and Rogers in Canada. This is a 3G phone with HSDPA 3.6. Aesthetically, this phone looks like a smartphone. However, this is just part of AT&T’s quick messaging line of phones. It features a 2.8″ resistive touch screen that is pretty responsive and works well when calibrated correctly. The screen supports up to 262,000 colors, has a resolution of 320 x 240, and overall looks pretty decent.”
