Unlaunched Samsung Conquer 4G To Get Updates (Along with EVO 3D)

There are two ways to look at a launch day software update: It’s either like, “Wow, talk about service!” or “Sheesh, how buggy will it be if fixes are out already??” Either way, word has it that Sprint will be pushing out a security fix on the very same day the Samsung Conquer 4G is set to debut.

Speaking of Sprint, the Conquer’s not the only handset on the carrier due for an update. The HTC EVO 3D has one on deck to address several issues, including frozen lockscreen issues, transmission of bluetooth contacts, Facebook birthdays sync, GPS glitches, Spiderman demo glitches and elimination of more Sprint features. Software version 2.08.651.2 will be a manual update, so be sure to hit up your device’s settings to snag it on August 23rd.
