Pantech Pursuit II Unboxing (Video)

The Pantech Pursuit II is a 50 dollar touch-screen slider for AT&T, and a cheap alternative to the full-fledged high-end smartphone rockstar lifestyle. The unboxing revealed a “cute” little phone with vibrant color accents and a QWERTY keyboard that rivaled BlackBerry in size, yet a Motorola Droid in key design. Although I was not able to take a brief gander at the phone’s Brew MP OS due to SIM card issues (Pantech, will you PLEASE include SIM cards from now on!?), I was able to divulge some mediocre specs, some of which were the following:

Pantech Pursuit II Tech Specs

  • QSC 6270 ARM9 230MHz processor
  • 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen display
  • MicroSD card slot that supports up to 32GB, though no included card
  • Up to 3 hours of talk time/250 hours of standby on 1,000 mAh battery
  • 3G speeds allow up to 3.25MB/second data transfer rate
  • Brew MP OS
  • Multiple color options
  • Bluetooth 2.1
  • 2-megapixel camera

Stay tuned for the full review of the Pantech Pursuit II, coming soon!
