Generation Text: Teens and Their Texting Habits (Infographic)

There’s no denying that texting has become a popular way for people to communicate -particularly teenagers.. But has texting taken over as teen’s primary form of communication?

Lab 42 recently polled 500 people between the age of 13 and 21 to see how they choose to communicate. A whopping 71% of respondents preferred texting to placing phone calls, and the largest chunk of the respondents spent less than 15 minutes on the phone each day.
