Facebook Obsessions: Infographic

Personally, I don’t get the Facebook obsession. I have an account, but I log in once a day if that. I have been known to go days without checking my account. Perhaps I’m still too old school. I like e-mail and instant messenger as my primary forms of communication, and I don’t see that changing any time soon. Yes, I’ve connected with some old friends I had lost touch with over the years, but in general, they are just that: old friends. We went so long without talking that our interests and concerns had changed. As for current friends, they know how to get a hold of me at the drop of a hat as opposed to going through a social networking site.

However, the below infographic makes it obvious that I am in the minority on this one. If someone can explain the fascination to me, do so in the comments below.
