Magnificent Stop Motion Video Introduces Super Mario to the Real World

Nintendo released an awesome new live action advert to promote Mario Kart 7 for the Nintendo 3DS earlier this week, but but I think YouTube user ‘Ampora’ has topped that with his stop motion video that introduces Super Mario to the real world.

In the clip, Mario navigates his way around a the house, avoiding Goombas, Cheep-Cheeps, and Dry Bones, with each room becoming a different level. At the end, Mario meets his biggest foe, Bowser, and beats him a new way that I haven’t previously seen in any Super Mario release.

The creator of this video must have put a ton of effort into making it look this good, but they’ve clearly done an awesome job. What do you think?
