Gran Turismo 5 Delayed Again
Gran Turismo 5 is slowly turning into the new version of Duke Nukem Forever.
Originally announced in 2006, Gran Turismo 5 has had more launch dates than anyone can keep track of. And as we approach the recently announced Nov. 2nd date … oops. Here we go again.
We can confirm that Gran Turismo 5 will not be available this November 2nd, but the game’s release will be coming this holiday season.
We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay, however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches.
We’ll have more information for you in the near future.
Luckily it sounds like a short delay this time, but are any of us really going to believe them at this point? Hopefully it will make it out before the holidays, but considering the track record, we aren’t holding our breath.
