Call of Duty is Safe in Treyarch’s Hands

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is likely the best CoD to date but Treyarch looks to be hard at work to dethrone it with Call of Duty: Black Ops. Released today, the footage above shows off some multiplayer action complete with a detonation crossbow, RC car bomb, and a new, shoot-able knife for instant kills. Ultimately, it looks like the best of Modern Warfare 2 with new weapons and levels that’ll likely bring plenty of MW2 gamers over when it launches this November. Stay tuned for a full multiplayer preview early next month. If your outlook on the non-Infinity Ward developed sequel was bleak, this should squash those ill feelings.
