Bizarre Creations’ upcoming racing game Blur took me by surprise. I had hardly heard of the title before I downloaded the multiplayer beta.  The game has a refreshing change from your typical racer as it adds Mario Kart-esque  power-ups into the mix and it does it with style. The game has a unique visual style that is complimented nicely by some amazing lighting effects.

After playing some rigid racing simulators with very little sense of speed Blur feels like a breath of fresh air.
