Hands On With The Samsung Galaxy S II (Epic Touch 4G)

Samsung’s stunning Galaxy S II smartphone finally hit the U.S. yesterday on AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile. TechnoBuffalo’s very own Mike Perlman takes a look at the device’s awesome features, and that super slender form factor with Samsung Gadget Wizard Philip Berne in the hands-on video above.

This is the Sprint version of the Galaxy S II — also known as the Epic Touch 4G — so it has a larger display than its other Galaxy S II counterparts at 4.52-inches, as opposed to 4.37-inches.

Samsung’s flagship Android device has already been available in Europe for some time, and it’s been a huge success for the Korean smartphone giant — selling a whopping 5 million units in just 85 days. However, it’s no wonder that users can’t wait to get there hands on this device. It’s packing an impressive list of specifications, including Samsung’s latest TouchWiz user interface, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, a gorgeous AMOLED display, and speedy 4G capabilities.
