Nokia Lumia 800 Unboxing (video)

Nokia CEO Stephen Elop promised we’d see a Windows Phone  before year’s end, and he’s kept his end of the bargain; the Mango equipped device has arrived at the TechnoBuffalo office and, as big fans of Windows Phone, we’re excited to see what Nokia has concocted.

Are Nokia’s glory days well behind the company? Unlikely, but with the advent of such juggernauts like Samsung, Apple, HTC and Motorola, the Finland-based company certainly has its work cut out. That’s what makes their latest flagship device, the Nokia Lumia 800, such a big deal.

Crafted from a single block of CNC milled polycarbonate, the Lumia 800 packs a 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED ClearBlack display, 8-megapixel camera capable of 720p HD video recording, 1.4GHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM and 16GB of storage.

Of course, once we get an extended hands-on we’ll film a video review. Until then, check out our unboxing and peruse through the gallery.
