Microsoft Store Tour

Consisting of four main stores operated by Microsoft, Jon Rettinger takes you on a tour of the Microsoft Store in Mission Viejo, California.  The stores’ goals aim to ”improve the PC and Microsoft retail purchase experience for consumers worldwide and help consumers make more informed decisions about their PC and software purchases.”

We take you thorough the store, showing off what devices, products and merchandise they sell as well as the types of support services you can receive.  Microsoft attempts to create a very unique shopping experience through interactivity and a well-staffed support team for users to take advantage of.

Have you been to a Microsoft Store?  How was your experience?  Was it reminiscent of other shopping experiences?  Leave a comment below.
