LG May Release A Google TV At CES

We may soon see an LG-branded Google TV. According to Bloomberg, two people “with knowledge of the project” have indicated that Google and LG have plans to unveil a television at the Consumer Electronics Show in January.

LG is currently the second-largest television manufacturer in the world, having it jump on board the Google TV train would help advance Google TV sales in general. Logitech, who partnered with Google at the launch of Google TV, recently decided to stop making its Revue set-top box. The Revue brought Google TV functionality to all high-definition television, and did not do as well in sale as Logitech anticipated.

Sony already already manufacturers televisions with Google TV on board.

What do you think about Google TV? Would you be interested in seeing an LG television with Google TV?
