Google Announces Android Market Web Store
Google has announced Android Market Web Store, a new way to access all of the Android applications available in the market.
One of the biggest complaints Android users have had about purchasing apps on their devices has been the fact that they are limited to doing it in the Market app right on their phone. The Android website was very limited, only showed a few apps and there was no way to purchase new programs. At long last all of this has been corrected.
The new Android Market Web Store will allow you to set up an account, list all of your Android enabled devices and then shop only for apps that work with your given devices. If you have more than one device that will work with a given app, you can choose them from a drop down menu when you go to purchase, and then the application will begin downloading automatically to your selected device.
The site is already live now and can be found at market.android.com.
