An Inforgraphic: Google Flops & Failures – The Failed Google Graveyard

Through out the long history of Google, the company has had a reputation for buying up companies and then doing nothing with them except letting them die slow, painful deaths. No one is quite sure they do this, but them do.

With the most recent purchase of Like.com, it seemed inevitable that someone would put together a list of all of Google’s failed projects.  I do think the mention of the Google X homepage is a bit over the top as they change that page quite regularly.  Are you going to list taking down a Christmas themed page means Google failed at Christmas?  Besides that one little thing, WordStream did a great job bringing this together, and boy does it show just odd the history is for this country.
