BlackBerry 10 Phone Delay: Is This the End of RIM? (poll)
Everyone thought the lower than expected earnings for RIM would be the worst news of the day, but who knew they would sneak in some info that tells us that the BlackBerry 10 phones are now delayed until late 2012?
While RIM is trying to paint this as a good move as it will allow them to use the latest and greatest in chipsets, it really has to make you wonder if there is any life left in RIM. The Canadian company is known for slipping release dates time and time again, so you figure we’re probably looking at a year or more before these phones hit, and with its fortunes already in decline, can they hold that long?
