Tokyo Man Runs An Apple-Logo Tribute To Steve Jobs

By Emily Price on August 28, 2011 in Apple

One Toyko man decided to “Think Different” with a extra special tribute to former Apple CEO Steve Jobs who stepped down last week– a run in the shape of an Apple.

Using RunKeeper and two iPhones the man embarked on a 13 mile run through Tokyo in the shape of the Apple logo.

On his blog, the runner, Joseph Tame, expressed his love for both Steve and Apple as a whole “I’d like to personally show my appreciation to Steve for his vision and leadership, which has made a direct positive impact upon my life. His work has also served to revolutionize the mobile phone industry, something that was desperately needed here more than anywhere…I’d like to wish Steve all the best, and hope that his health improves fast now he’s able to focus more on getting well again.”

Apple fans are often know for their dedication to the CEO and the brand – Tame’s run, however, is certainly an interesting tribute to the former CEO. What do you think about the run?
