“As a college student I spend a lot of time in the library; whether or not I get any work done while there is another matter, but needless to say I find that bringing some sort of laptop/internet-accessible device is a must. While in highschool I didn’t really need a laptop, and ended up with a hand-me-down Dell Latitude that was clunky to say the least – when that finally bit the dust I was eager to get a new laptop right away. Unfortunately now, I realize I should have waited a bit and saved up a little more money before traipsing out to find a new laptop without much research.”
