Facebook Finally Coming to the iPad at iPhone 5 Launch

iPad Facebook app coming soonThe alleged iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S will not be the only significant announcements within the coming weeks. Mashable reports that a Facebook application will finally be unveiled for the iPad at Apple’s keynote speech for the company’s new iDevices.

In addition, we should be seeing an overhauled version of the Facebook iPhone application, and there are rumors of an HTML5-based mobile app marketplace hitting Apple’s pipeline.

Recently, the Facebook iPad developer left for Google because the project had been stagnating since early this spring. However, sources say we should see Facebook for the iPad being announced on October 4th if all goes as planned.
