Want to see what the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge look like? Take your Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge out of your pocket, hold it in front of your face, and stare. Crazy, right?
As a follow-up to his Galaxy S7 scoop from earlier in the week, EvLeaks on Friday shared an image of the pair proudly standing shoulder-to-shoulder, and they look virtually identical to last year’s models. Not that we’re complaining—the S6 and S6 Edge were two of the most beautiful phones of 2015. The S7 and S7 Edge will be no different.
There’s not much to say about the images above. The date of Feb. 21 stands out, and could be when Samsung decides to share details about its upcoming flagship duo. Feb. 21 is the day before Mobile World Congress officially starts, giving Samsung the perfect opportunity to set the stage before the event begins.
According to previous leaks, the Galaxy S7 will sport a 5.1-inch Quad HD display, 3000mAh battery, Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of expandable storage, and improved 12-megapixel camera; the S7 Edge will feature a 3600mAh battery and 5.5-inch display. Both phones will run Android Marshmallow.
We immediately fell in the love with the S6 and S6 Edge when they were released last year, and it looks like Samsung’s new devices will be even better.
