Apple on Monday released the third beta of iOS 8, bringing it closer to an eventual release this fall. The last beta came out in the middle of June, so the company seems to be sticking to a two or three week schedule. Many users complained the iOS 8 beta 2 was one of the buggier betas Apple has released, so hopefully beta 3 will rectify those issues.
You can get the update now over-the-air, or you can just grab it through the iOS Dev Center. It’s unclear what fixes and features Apple is introducing in beta 3, so we’ll update this point as we find them. If you run across anything important be sure to let us know in the comments below.
