After hitting an issue Live Tiles that had difficulty updating, Microsoft is once again pushing out Windows Phone 7.8 to those with older handsets. It’s been a long time coming WP fans, but they finally have the opportunity to take Microsoft’s almost-Windows Phone 8 OS for a spin. Windows Phone 7.8 allows users to resize their home screen tiles, and more lock screen options, among other features. If the update has your name written all over it, the newest version will bump your device up from version 8858 to 8860.

The first Moto X, which debuted last year to muted consumer enthusiasm, didn’t get caught up in the smartphone hustle. And that’s what made it so great. While other Android competitors ran rampant with features and specs, Motorola used its brain to create a new breed of smartphone; it made a phone for everyone, something intelligent and thoughtful.
