Samsung is expected to announce its next flagship Android smartphone on March 14. We’re expecting a 4.99-inch display with a 1080p HD resolution, a possible eight-core processor, a 13-megapixel camera, 2GB of RAM and Android Jelly Bean, but we still have no idea what the phone will look like.
The cases pictured above, which were leaked on Friday, give us a better sense of what to expect. There’s a clear-cut space for the camera, flash and likely a loud speaker of sorts on the back of the case. The design also suggests Samsung’s Galaxy S IV will move back to a more rectangular design, similar to the Galaxy S II, instead of using the rounded edges on the Galaxy S III.
Unfortunately there’s not much else to discern from the photos, and we still can’t be certain the cases are even real.
